Who is responsible

What we collect

• Enquiry details: the name, email address, chosen apartment and message you type into our contact form. The form opens your own email programme, so the message reaches us as an ordinary email.
• Analytics: anonymous statistics about pages visited, approximate region, device and referring site — only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and organise your stay — our legitimate interest in replying to you, or the steps taken before a booking contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site available and secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, only what is strictly necessary to display the site is used.

When you consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) sets cookies to measure visits. IP addresses are shortened and we never see your name or contact details in the statistics. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Bookings on Booking.com

All reservations are made on Booking.com. When you follow a booking link you leave this website and Booking.com becomes responsible for the data you enter there, under its own privacy policy. We only receive the booking details Booking.com passes on to us as the host.

Who else sees your data

• Our website hosting and email providers, purely so the site runs and your message reaches us.
• Google, for analytics, only with your consent.
• Nobody else. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as necessary to deal with your request and any resulting stay, and are deleted once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form by Google for a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time.

Children

This website is intended for adults booking a holiday and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
